The other day I went to use my AnD Fx300i scales for my weekly reloading session. Total panic, as dead as a dodo. Traced fault to a failed power supply, phew.
Had previously had contact with Julian @ AnD Australasia when he assisted me to set up my Fx300i to communicate with Excel on my PC. Sent him an email and within a couple of hours he had replied.
Outcome was he organised a free replacement to be sent from a local (NZ) agent for AnD. All organised on the same day I found my scales dead.
