scope question

Has anyone tried both a VORTEX GOLDEN EAGLE 15 - 60 X 52 and a Nightforce Competition 15-55 ??
If so , how does the Vortex stack up ?

Following. Had a look through a Vortex Golden Eagle last week at the range and to say it blows away the view i get through my Athlon Argos is an understatement. Haven't had a chance to look through the 15 to 55 NF but have taken a peek through a 24 (or was it 25) power one. After being able to compare the Athlon to the Vortex I am currently selling a lot of "spare stuff" to pay for a Vortex

Andrew, I own two of them, one of each reticle. I like them and thought they were on par with the NF Comp, at least to my eyes. Both track and I find them easy to get behind. If the rain stays away from Hornsby next weekend you are welcome to look through both.
