hi,
i can't find any rules defining crimes & punishments.
another point is that i thougt alan started & runs this site on our behalf, as opposed to his own. if it is for himself, then he takes on a huge responsibility in decision making(particularly without prescribed rules).
also he should not be held legally responsible for what others say.
possibly there is a way to deal with this.
the problem now is that he could be seen as being on a side of a situation, & using the site as a tool to achieve an end, which i am absolutely certain is not the case.
