Yes, projectiles would be good but wont be here until after Christmas.
Surely someone in my area wants to go shares in a Labradar
I already have the spotting scope but have not used it for spotting big asses.

I'm thinking about hunting Caribou, so a scope which can handle big animals may be handy?

There used to be a small (in size) Kowa spotting scope - only a 40-45 mm objective, but it was no longer than your average binoculars of the day. At 20X, it was the perfect thing to carry up the Brisbane valley.
