Well done to all shooters!
If conditions are mild the X count is where ranges are won.
Day 3 agg and 149 out of 150 got you first or fourth.
On the last range a 90 got you 1st or 5th(well done Ben 90:12)
On the last 700m a 60 put you in 1st or 12th, no free lunches here!
Rod managed to hit the X 100 times for the whole shoot  I guess this would be some kind of a record?
Now to get ready for Canberra....
We don't rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training. Archilochos 680-645 BC

Yup, I was in the receiving end of it.. :(

Congratulations to the winners and well done to all the shooters out there. =D>

It was a very interesting 5 days of shoot and though we had issues, we pulled through with a smile in our faces.

Well done to all the winners in their various classes.

I was keenly watching the FSA vs FO competition as it showed both shooters were within 1 center of each other. Goes to show the old 308 is no slouch when driven well!

Of course the conditions would have helped too. Great test of man and machine :-)

FSA 566.48
FO 567.62

Just shows that the extra point and 14 supers can come from sharper projectiles.

Rod, if you were using the 6mm Dasher all the way through, you could have saved a few $$$ to spend at the bar. Less powder means more beer :-)

Yes Geoff Willis was certainly on fire. He had a big lead in F std so it was obvious that he was reading the conditions extremely well and had his rifle tuned to perfection. I did use my 6 Dasher at the shorter ranges and was very tempted to use it more but after 4 years of great service I didn't know how much to trust it.
