Cheers for the warm welcome and responses.

It makes lots of sense keeping my right dominant hand on the trigger while cycling the bolt with my left hand but I'm too afraid to sink money into one before trying first. I do like the RBLP though as I currently use my left hand to stop the ejection on my tikka and then remove the spent case with my right hand. Would be great to load and unload using the left hand while working the bolt using the right.

With the dollar value of some importance, can you get a 308 face bolt for your tikka then build from there.
New barrel and stock
With a barrel vice you can then shoot it as a 223 as well.
CRM do a tikka based F class rifle.


Is it possible to just buy a tikka bolt face?

Whilst all T3 actions are the same length meaning that lots is possible with a few mods to the bolt stop, Tikka parts can be notoriously hard to get hold of...
