Hi everyone,

I have just received a new Scatt Basic from the USA and cant get the bastard to work.

Using a laptop with Windows 7 Professional.

The set up instruction directed me to plug the USB drive into the machine and it would automatically install, it has not.

So there are two install files, one for the program and one for the drivers, have installed these.

The program works but the USB camera does not appear to be working, the USB diagnostic program can not see the camera and it is not listed in "Devices and printers"

Have contacted the manufacturer, awaiting them to teamviewer in to fix it.

Any one else had this problem ?
