Its great to see an OPM running the long ranges for a change. I wish I could get there, maybe next year.

The 3 x 1000 at Bendigo today was a great shoot. A lot of fun in testing conditions but surprising to me not a really big field.
Looking forward to tomorrow.

Not surprising to me,when it comes to 1,000 yards and further, the commitment seems to ease off, hope tomorrow gets a larger field.A pleasing thing to me was 10 FTR shooters shot at Stawell last weekend in the Match Rifle and Long Range F/Class Championships.

I will see if I can talk a few blokes into coming down with me from NSW next year.

3 x 1000 at Bendigo is a real test of skill and patience. So is running in a new barrel.

Steve, while you were at the OPM I was at your range practising my barrel cleaning skills. Fire 1 Clean 1, Repeat........

Enjoy the shoot, hopefully the conditions will be kinder tomorrow.

Hope to see the results, I haven't been able to find them yet.

Mike I was lucky enough to win the chocolates in F Open today with a Mark F clambered 7mm-270win AI.
Will run in my new 284. barrel at 800, 900 and 1000 tomorrow then clean. :)

Sunday done and dusted. It was a fantastic day 40 competitors
, 3 ranges everyone enjoyed them selves, results on the NRAA site. A special thanks to the Bendigo RSL for donating the terrific prizes, some thing that is worth displaying in the cabinet. And also to Nikki the XO of the VRA.

Alan, 284 it has taken a long time to settle 300 rounds. And like everyone the 180s are drying up. Looking forward to Rosedale it's next shoot as Canberra l will be F/standard.
