A little piece of history

Linda,
I thought you might be interested in this, I found it in an old Rifleman magazine from September 1982. It seems that Wurgabup club has been quite a trend leader for some time.

Interestingly the feature article from this edition was about electronic targets which were being trialed at Canberra, we don't appear to have progressed far on that front. :D

Thanks Lynn.

Indeed Wurgabup is a progressive club. One I am very proud to be part of.

Interesting that this article be posted. The Wurgabup 500 was raised again at our last committee meeting. Maybe there is a message there.

We are hunting down sponsorship to see if we can bring this back to life again. It proved very popular in it's time, and may just be the cherry we need to boost numbers at our PM's.
