Anzac Day At Bacchus Marsh

#1 Postby MCLE » Sat Apr 26, 2014 1:13 pm

Another well run event at Bacchus Marsh with the 2014 Anzac Day Shoot. The Girls in the canteen kept us well fed and the Matkers working hard and Ken in the Nerv Centre doing all the stats. With Young Harry clocking up th KM on he's push bike collecting the scores and taking them back. The Trophys for the winners seen to get better each year with the likes of Noel Uren and others donating them. The weather was good with the usual Marsh wind to keep you honest and working hard there wasent a lot of it but it was tricky just when you thought you had a handle on it you would be bought undone there were only 2 60s shot for the Day Gary Hunt FOpen and Liam Hall FA If the wind dropped a little bit the mariage would come and visit. There was a good roll up Target Rifle 23 and Fclass 41.And at the end of the day it went like this for the Fclass sorry TR shooters l haven't t got the scores for you guys but hopefully someone will help with them.

Well done to all.

Mike, did you shoot F-Open? Looks like Liam is continuing with his great shooting form.

Hi Norm yes I shot Fopen come 5th I think. Liam went ok we use the same Farley Stand he shot first and then l use it.As l pointed out to him after he shot and I laid down the wind was horrific and to make matters worse some one when moving there car backed over me (Twice) braking my legs and three ribs but l managed to carry on without complaining and still almost shot better than him.To be honest l don't think he be leaved me.
Thanks Michael H
