Tapered rail

Does anyone know how to work out what you need to machine a 200mm rail to achieve different MOA. say 5 ,10 ,15,20 MOA.

I use a 5" sine bar to machine my rails

5 moa is .0007"
10 moa is .014"
15 moa is .023"
20 moa is .029"

Thanks for the info. Is the 5 MOA figure correct or is there an extra zero there?

no it's incorrect, should be .007"
