Kudos to you Tony for sharing this unlucky experience ! I use the same stuff to lube inside case necks for FLS, along with RCBS case lube for the outside. However I wash the cases in hot soapy water, and rinse with hot water, taking it for granted that there is very little chance that a ball would stick inside a case. Having seen what happened in your barrel I think I've been a bit complacent - I'll be checking closely in future !
