As numbers are to be capped at 36 it may be likely that one of the A grades may have 5 or less entrants so Bathurst RC organisers should be aware of this rule in the NRAA SSR's Chapter 12 Uniform Grading Rules
12.3.8 Exclusions
(a) The NRAA Grading Officer shall have the discretion to exclude all
results from competitions where there are 5 or fewer A Grade
competitors – if ONLY B or C Grade shooters were present then the
percentages that would be taken into account may be unfairly inflated.
If the above conditions occur, Organisers of these meetings SHOULD
NOT submit the results for National Grading

This happened at the Wingham RC PM earlier this year and the scores for FSB were entered even though FSA only had 3 entrants. The NRAA sub committee for this is still yet to get back to me now 11 weeks after I asked the initial question as to this rule is being applied. I have re-asked the question.

Okay, well that's the Bathurst OPM done for this year.

Thank you to all that attended and I hope you all had an enjoyable day.

It was a great turnout of competitors and Bathurst turned on the usual October "breeze" just to keep everyone on their toes.

We had more shooters than expected, considering the clash with the Nationals, so we ended up shooting three 600 yard matches (2 x 10 & 1 x 15 shots)
to save a bit of time and ensure we didn't finish too late.

Congrats to all the Range and Agg winners.
Also the OzFclass.com sponsored 'Lucky Door Prize' winners. =D>
With 10 competitors from Lyndhurst, no surprise both first and second door prize went home with them. =D>

Results are up on the NRAA site HERE
For anyone wishing to check out the plots, you can find them under 'October' HERE
