Farley issue
Hi All
My Farley isn’t working as it should.
I’m guessing the plates are worn and need replacing?
BRT site states Farley are not in production??
I couldn’t upload the vid but what it’s doing is canting left and right as it’s moved up and down?
Any thoughts

Re: Farley issue
I've had this issue when I still had one. It was a easy fix and I'll give you a call to see if I can help

Jasmay, i think everyone would own a SEB of some sort if there wasn't a 2 year wait.

This really is the place to turn to in times of trouble.
A bit of sarcasm mixed in with some circling vultures.
With friends like these who needs enemies.
I’ll contact you soon Albert

Re: Farley issue
Apparently the Farley tension screws need to be set correctly so the head travels up and down level.
Some “tuning” needed

A mate has just returned from the US. Whilst he was there he visited Farley and bought spares for his rest. They have all the old parts and had new rests shipping out. Very much still making rests and unfortunately still very much not answering messages.
Not answering messages is the self same same experience I had several years ago so gave up on them back then.

If its a tension screw issue, contact Butch Lambert of Shadetree rests. he sells tension screws to suit.

Thanks for the tip, I upgraded the tension feet a while ago.
I’ve adjusted the tension screws and I think it’s right...
