Another newbie.

G'day All,

Been reading alot of the info from here for a while and finally got off my rear and joined up.

I have only discovered the joys of long range shooting recently, no comps as yet, mainly shooting steel plates out at at my local range which I set up on a farm close by. Heres my local range! This photo from the 500m mark.


My long range rifle is a Remington 700 LTR in 308. Heres a pic.

I love the long distance shooting, its a real challenge.

Is that the same Wello from Sniper Central? because this is the same Foxy.

Love that LTR. One of those was on the top of my wish list, until I recently discovered it's almost time for a new barrel on my target rifle.

I love the idea of a nice new Hart 30" 1:12 medium heavy Palma barrel on my FS rifle, but $545.00 + fitting costs is a bit of a killer on the back pocket.
