Ive googled around and found baby powder and talc powder (same thing) are popular lube materials for front bags, but are there any other products that work well?

I have a cordura front bag and PTFE tape on the stock forend. I use silicone spray. Super slippery.

Selley's Easy Glide is another readily available and reasonably priced product for cordura and plain leather applications.

any food grade silicon spray lube works well. Apply as needed.
