Post by Barry T »

well I finely took the savage m12 fvss custom out too the range , of cause it was windy and raining off and on . the load I found was 47.3 of ar2213sc ,cci br2 primers , norma 130 golden target projectile ( got to buy more ) and all in a sellier & bellot case ,o.a.l 78.8mm. very happy with his 3 shot group at 100 metres.

Pleased to see some else using the Swede. My version is the "Rogue" variant. Load 45.8 of 2209 in Lapua case and either Fed.210 or B.R.2 primers and Lapua 139gr or 140 J.L.K projs. 040 jump at 2850 f.p.s. Works very well. In a 9.5kg. F/Class rifle not much recoil. Hope yours keeps going well and plenty of X's.
Trevor.

Thanks Trevor , I am going too try 140 grainers next ,but still use the ar2213sc powder , but finding it a pretty dirty powder when cleaning the barrel , not used too seeing a dark black on the cleaning rag :? I let you know how I go with the 140's Trevor.
