Now Shipping to Australia and New Zealand!!!!!

LabRadar is now selling in Australia and New Zealand. Shooters from that region will receive the U.S./Canadian model. LabRadar will be sold direct from our website and through a limited number of authorized dealers.
This was part of a news letter from Labradar.

I know many people had problems getting one to Australia. Until recently, having a friend in the US to send one may have been the best option.

But LabRadar have just sent me a flyer indicating that they now will sell to Australia so investigate that.

Here is their info

As a matter of interest, the extra external battery supplied with to US customers is simply a USB power pack readily available at computer stores and some supermarkets. I would suggest it is well worthwhile because the LR is hard on batteries.

As a matter of interest, my assessment of LR can be found earlier in this thread and I would not change it. Basically, it is not perfect but is very very accurate and unique. Gradually I have come to appreciate its extreme accuracy even more.

Peter,

You mentioned the issue of microphone sensitivity deterioration in an earlier post.

How is that panning out?

Mine still works but needs to be VERY close to the rifle muzzle.
The LR can be used in another non trigger mode with predicted slight loss of accuracy. Latest tests seem to indicate very little degradation.
Many others are the same. Despite this, the LR is still my preferred chrony.
