F class rules.

Can someone please direct me to a post or site that has all up to date rules for f class shooting.
Probably more so f standard.
I'm wondering about weight with bipod but also wanted read them to get an understanding of them.

Go to the NRAA web site
Click on SSR's
Go to chapter 20, page 100 and all will be revealed.
