Hi Valk, we were discussing this last night.
Sporting Hunter will be shot as per the SSRs

Factory produced rifle.
Less than 26" barrel
Unmodified except for replacement barrel to the rules, total weight less than 6.5kg.
No muzzle breaks (as per local range rules)
Folding hunting style bipod

If you have a stock that did not come with that rifle (for example the howas) please bring details showing that your rifle can be purchased with that stock configuration from a retailer (eg an online advertisement)

Hope this clarifies, and hope to see you there.

Cheers

And a quick reminder. Only a few more days to go. Looking like being a big day, plenty of enties in, and looking like a strong f open starters list.

Entries are online only at trybooking.com/CAION

There are about 10 spots left for bookings, so get in quick (limiting to same number as last year which work good for times)

Cheers

Another well run and fun day of shooting..... thanks Gosford RC.
Wind was quite difficult for many and was at time washing machine conditions but there were still fabulous scores to be had.
I had a soul destroying day but enjoyed it immensely.

Very well run event and a great turnout with 74 competitors rocking up. Agree with the conditions - stage 1 had decent conditions but stage 2 and 3 became quite tricky with frequent pickups, drop-offs and quartering flags keeping everyone on their toes, and also ramped up the fun factor. Great to see so many familiar faces once again.
