Just got some new gear. The new Centra 30mm sight made by X-Treme Shooting in the USA, and used by a growing number of top shooters in the US and internationally.

I used the sight for first time at 800m yesterday. The clarity of vision and ability to see so much more - like target numbers and wind flags was fantastic. It really felt good - I managed to wobble in 50-7 on my first string.

Very happy! High recommended.
Well done...But the shooter behind is for something in the result as well..
I haven't seen a foresight extension for this sight. I would imagine that a few specks of rain on the eagle eye could jepodise a good shoot.
Any ideas out there??

Sunshades, fore and aft are available.
Contrary to other brands, Centra lenses are held in a collet ensuring their perfect indexing, but who also are female threaded same pitch as the Tunnel to accept extensions, filters, sunshades, rainshades......whatever.
The accessories ca be screwed directly on the Tunnel if no lens is used.

Thanks for that clarification. The important words for me were.... "if no lens is used".
This being the case I will hold off buying. I use an Eagle eye at all ranges.

You can screw a sunshade onto the lens - there has been a misunderstanding.

Sorry,
When I wrote "collet", I meant the collet into which is inserted the Eagle Eye. Whether the Eagle Eye (with its collar) is screwed on or not, the sunshade can be fitted on the sight or on the collar
