Who is making rifle rest?

Barossa is right...it's Carnell not Cantrell as I put...bloody Apple predictive spelling...and also about the buy once, cry once.
I have had my Neo for about two years, and the deal was the same....pay a deposit, say your prayers, wait a while (in my case about ten months) and then jump for joy when it arrives !! I honestly reckon my Neo is worth 2 points to me every time I shoot.
I was impressed with the new F Class Farley rest, with its big wheel for height adjustment, so ordered one of those, but after trying it, i sold it and kept the Neo.
My SEB Bigfoot rear bag is also worth a couple of points to me every time I lay down, due to its superior rigidity. if Seb ever changes the angle of the ears to suit an F Class stock, instead of the BR stocks it was originally designed for, the Bigfoot would be perfect like the Neo is.

Everyone raves about the Neo. I cant see what it does better than the farley, or the shadetree top on another base. Is it purely the joystick internals being smoother? I would love a Neo, but for 12 plus months wait, its just a bit much to get going with. The farleys can be had immediately with plenty of options available too- including parts that improve the internals.

I have a Shadetree on an Edgley base. Shadetree is great; winding a traditional 3 leg base up to height is s-l-o-w. Whatever base you put under it, the threaded shaft doesn't work well for irregular mounds.

Farley made an incredibly useful design; Seb perfected the design but not the rate of manufacture & marketing.

The SEB replaced the McEwan made stainless steel masterpiece that I was fortunate to source from you about three years ago those extra two points came immediately !
If you can't easily get to either of my rests, the McMillan F Class stock is also worth 2 points to me, I reckon, as is the March 5-50 scope.
Take those 4 "goodies" off me, and it's fairly certain bet that I would be no threat to anyone....ever. Seriously !!

G'day All,
the cheapest way is to either buy a Shadetree Co-axial top or a Sinclair windage top if you prefer not to use a gear stick. I've used both and prefer the original SEB co-axial.
Then find a friend who is a machinist to make you a base out of heavy tube (round or square) and fill it with either lead shot or sand.
You should come well under budget.
