Lock N Load conversion for RCBS

I have purchased a Lock N Load conversion for my (late model RC 1V model) RCBS Rockchucker press. However I can't unscrew the existing bushing in the press, short of grinding/cutting it out. I have obviously used heat and a lot of pressure on the wrench without the slightest hint of movement. Has anyone any suggestions ? I have a feeling that these presses were made outside America, although I can't fault the quality and tolerances of the press.

A penetrating oil like penetrene might help. You can usually get it from mitre 10.

If I didn't know better ? it almost feels like it is a press fit.
