Polygonal Rifling V Standard Rifling !

I have just come into possession of a PacNor 30" Super Match Palma profile 1-8 twist barrel for use in my 556 fclass rifle. It has polygonal rifling as opposed to standard rifling. I have been a Maddco user for years and never had a bad one yet so a bit loathe to change. Has anyone had any experience or advice with polygonal rifling or PacNor barrels in general. ??

i have a pacnor on my 223 & 284 and they shoot well.
