Full-Bore accessories

Hi Guys,

I'm just setting up for FS, bought an Omark 44 and the rifle came with some full bore bits.
Can I get some opinions if these accessories worth selling ( I was told the Sumo sight is a good brand) ? Would there be people looking for any of these things? What sort of price would they go?
