Checking concentricity of a barrelled action?

I came across this link today on checking barrel straightness and was wondering if anyone had performed a similar test on their barrelled action:

Maybe this is something gunsmiths could use to show they have chambered a straight barrel with a straight chamber? Much like a factory test target for minimum group size. Could be especially useful for those gunsmiths that are prepared to work with customer supplied barrels?

I guess this leads to the question, "How straight does a barrel and chamber have to be before accuracy is measurably diminished?".

Straightness doesn't guarantee accuracy but could be eliminated as a contributing factor. Has anyone seen a similar test or able to make some comment?

BR central has several archived threads on a number of related issues, such as the technique(s?) to aligning the muzzle & breech end of barrels optimally prior to chambering, aligning barrels according to rifling runout to achieve best accuracy etc.
