Hi everyone
I am looking at adding a jewel trigger to my fclass 308 when a change to barrel to shoot FO instead of FS.
Does anyone know if this adaptor from barnard and the trigger from jewel will be about the same size and location as the standard Barnard trigger
The Barnard trigger seem to be a bit expensive and I am really happy with the jewel triggers I have used.
Thanks
Peter

Re: Barnard model p and jewel trigger
There is a hanger for the Barnard to take a Jewell trigger. While the Barnard trigger is good, the Jewell is in my opinion much better and worth it.
There is one potential problem. The trigger ends up in a different position. Check this out first before doing anything.

Thanks for that
I might see if anyone has a hanger from Barnard and can send me the dimensions of it so I can compare
Might even email Barnard and see if they have a drawing for it that they can send me.
Do not want to copy it just work out how it will fit in my existing stock and trigger guard

Peter
The trigger ends up about 20mm back of the standard Barnard trigger position which for most requires the stock to be reinletted to suit.

Hi Matt
Thanks for that the 20mm will stuff me up as this will be a fs to fo swap barrel rifle so looks like a expensive barnard trigger is the go
More saving needed now
Thanks all for the input
