Agreed that when Sporter was initially introduced it was an 'entry' discipline, but six years later it now stands as a regular discipline, along with all the others in SSRs.
The introduction to Chapt 23 should now delete the last sentence, ie."The discipline is both participative and competitive, to allow new shooters with existing
rifles entry into the sport." in order to give Sporter the same status as all other disciplines.
