My TOF using 45 off 2206 with 155 Hybrids, was average of 1193 mS, SD of 5 mS using my little set of digital scales and Lapua brass fired at least a dozen times, annealed two firings ago.

Club ammo, the newer projectiles, average 1350 mS, SD of 13-14 mS.

Shot from different rifles, but the SD does not lie.

Edited to add: shot at 800m

Josh, have you recorded any direct comparisons of the Ozscore Time Of Flight SD's and a Magneto Speed results, over a decent number of shots , to have a comparison ?

Barry, that sort of load variance was not coming out of the Winchester stuff Peter and I checked, and at that time the English shot a record Australia match score with it. In fact you could do a compensation test with it to see if your barrel is positive negative or neutral if you are getting those one grain differences. That is simply not good enough. It is certainly true that you can tune a barrel with a large extreme spread but perhaps it will be only good for one distance. David.
