RL 17...anyone?

I tried RL17 in the 284W using 162 A-Max's and 175 SMK's (tried different jumps/neck tensions etc etc). Velocity was outstanding (over 3200 and 3050 respectively) but never achieved the accuracy . 2209/4350 and 2213SC/4831SC and RL19 just seem to be the powders to use at that 2830 - 2870 velocity.
