i saw that. checking budget and can go up a bit. leupold VX-3i LRP 8.5-25x50mm MIL

NEW $1489 ?
i dont mind leupold, have them on a couple of other rifles

You should be able to get a NF BR 8-32 56 second hand but in good condition for about $1000. I know of a couple for sale or did would have to check status the guys are only selling because the upgraded to a comp model

I got my SH NF BR 12-42 for $1K, makes buying a new S&B, March, NF etc seem very painfull! I'm going to spend to $$s on trigger time 1st!
