This rifle and rest are the handiwork of Vic Sykes, a BR shooter at Canberra. The rifle is in Heavy Gun class, and I can assure you that with all that welded steel, it is heavy. Vic doesn't muck around with any fancy stock or metalwork - this outfit gets the job done, and that's all that matters. Vic used to race stock cars, and I reckon he might have got the stock from an old stock car chassis

But, looks can be very deceiving ... Vic outscored me for both group and score!
