Building a competive rifle with a Tikka action?

Could someone offer me some advice please?

Is a Tikka action suitable to use as the basis for a competitive rifle if
fitted with a competition barrel.

I would say that it would be fine.

There is good precision with the action & bolt so if you get a good gunsmith to fit the barrel you should be OK. I believe the triggers are quite adjustable too

Thanks for the response. The trigger is a single stage with a very crisp
break, although I do miss having the take up.
