Adjustable butt plate

Hi All,
Looking for recommendations or ideas to adapt my tall stature to my rifle. Can anyone recommend an affordable, adjustable butt plate that will stretch out the length of pull a bit along with providing a bit of vertical adjustment?

SARA use to have them locally made in South Australia and were a good price.
