If you are intending to shoot F standard you cant use RE15, the only legal powders are 2206h and 2208.

Keep in mind im pretty sure now that match rifle have introduced f/tr into thier rules that you may be able to use re15, any projectiles etc if f/tr is under the same platform as the us, england etc. You may wish to look into this if you would like to play around more. F standard is alot like nascar, its designed to create a level playing field for competitors. F open alows alot more freedom with ammo and rifles.

cheers

Dont worry, a well tuned 308 is as good as any F Open gun under milder conditions, you can load what ever bullets you want in it and shoot in F Open.
What twist is your barrel? You might be able to load some heavy bullets in it (or crank the 155s right up) for F TR at Match Rifleshoots at 1000,1100 and 1200yds as he said.
