Cessnock Prizeshoot Sunday 27 may

Cessnock Rifle club will be holding its annual prize shoot this Sunday, 27 May.
They will have F Open and F std A+B
Ranges 500 yds, 500yds, 600yds 10+2 each range
Conditions are expected to be good, with some breeze, but sunshine.

F Open numbers looked good.

Well done Ben on a great shoot 179-20.

Looks like Matt is back in Open :)

Matt, you now need to work on your center count but otherwise not a bad effort.

Aww, did you have to post a link to the results.

Its in the lugs is it?
I used 2 lugs which obviously caused my shots to go out at 3 oclock and 9 Oclock.
Ben won with 3 lugs.

Will Algie shot a 60.9 (his first 60) with 4 lugs.

there's an exception to every rule!
a 2 lug rifle won fcass at port augusta. and a 2 lug sot amallest group in the fly at same venue sat night.

Well thats my 2nd stage through my new barrel.
Looks like I will have to see my gunsmith about that loose lugnut thing. MattP, can you sort it out with a big 1/2" drive bar?????

He now has 2 too many. :(
Rumour is a team captain is going to confiscate them until he gets to a certain big shoot next year. :lol:

Until then, we just gotta find someone to get him drunk before each shoot to affect his windreading skills. :twisted:
Better break his gunsmiths fingers just to be sure hey. :-#

Yea good idea, and I suppose they'll need to be given a bit of test every few weeks to check the tune? :lol:
