Good news for now
Barrie why on earth would you think they will do that
when they have a bottomless pit of our money to appeal the decision.
fair go and justice has very little to do with political decisions now days sad but true

hope they accept the decision gracefully ( if ever a government can exercise such qualities )

Brilliant.
Hopefully this means that we get to shoot NSW Queens again next year!
Stay with the fight!
If the Government wants the land that bad, then maybe they should entice NSWRA with an appropriate solution of new range and relocation budget.
That way the money spent on Legal fee's wouldn't occur, and there could be a WIN WIN situation.
If only common sense would prevail

Heads up, the NSW Queens is on in September of this year, only a couple of months away, yes I know we just had one earlier but that was for 2011 and its delay due to all the issues from last year.
I was in the court when the decision was handed down, it took all of ten minutes and you can only imagine the reaction on our side.
It is interesting to note the cases that were referred to in this, one dating back to 1817 and the Napoleanic Wars, some 85 or so pages in the court documents in the decision. I have just finished skim reading these and it is truly amazing, the depth that the judge went to in order to reach a decision.
