load difference between 308 win and lapua brass?

load difference between 308 win and lapua brass?
given the weight difference between the two brass manafacures how much roughly should i alter an allready established load? i dont load for 308 anywhere near as regulary as most of the f standard shooters so has anyone got a good rule of thumb?

Put it this way,if using Winchester drop 1 grain for a change to Lapua.If using Lapua work up slowly in stages,this might seem overly cautious,however it is your head behind the rifle.I might add that Winchester brass varies in weight.I have seen from 153 grains to 166 grains,what that relates to in case capacity I have no idea.
