Reaming Wilson dies

Post by Quick »

Gents,

I have a Wilson Neck Die and Seater die for my 6x47L. I am having my own reamer made for the 6x47L Imp. Can I just put the chamber reamer into these dies and they will still do the same job or do they need a die reamer?

Cheers.

Quick,

Neck and seater dies need your chamber reamer yes. Its only FL (which you wouldn't do for an arbor press anyway) that need a smaller reamer.

Alan,

Cheers. That's saves me a bit of cash. I've got to wait 12 weeks for my full length die from whidden now.
