TR MOA Question

Post by Josh Cox »

Evening Gents,

Have a couple of questions regarding MOA.

The "standard" MOA for, I believe the UK is based on a 736mm / 29 inch sight radius.

I have just measured both my TR rifles and their sight radius is 900m, a factor of about 0.82.

What is the "standard" sight radius for the US, UK and Orztralia ?

I have a new TMAC on a Neilsen and A Phoenix Top Mount in Service Rifle on a Barnard.

James Corbett's letter All about sight radius is a fairly good explanation and certainly a good starting point for the basic theory.
