jmc,
Around 30 grains of 2208 with +/-105gn projectiles and CCI 450 primers would be a good place to start.

Both 105 Bergers and 103 Copperheads are very highly regarded, and don't rule out SMK 107s. The best thing about the 6BR is how easy they are to load for.

I seem to remember some people having trouble with Remington 7½s - something about being a bit softer in the cup, susceptible to damage if your firing pin is a loose fit. Others may have direct experience.

I've found remington primers to be harder then federals.
