VV powders?

Does anyone know of a gunshop that sells VV powder in Sydney? Also with powder equivalents, if someone used say 20gn of H4198 (USA) and here the adi 2207 is the equivalent, could i start at say 19gn and work up?

Hodgdon & ADI are identical - just packed for local markets.
