Re: Chasing a Quickload estimate

Mm, that's interesting. I'm running 45.2 of 2206h in 2 rifles. A barnard with a 30' and a quadlock with 31" barrel, both 1:12 . The barnard is running an average of 3030 with palma brass and the rpa is 3035 with large primer lapua brass. So 46.3 of 2206h would have to be very close to 3100 fps,...

Re: Chasing a Quickload estimate

The answer, with a COAL of 2.84" at that load is 63531 psi and gives 3046 fps Ya know that without testing you cant trust quickload, right ? its a great guide for comparisons but ..... :) Wow, I thought it would have beena lot higher than that as I'm getting 3030fps from 45.2 grns of 2206h. Bu...

Chasing a Quickload estimate

Would it be possible for someone with Quickload to run some numbers for me please. I'm chasing mainly the chamber pressure estimate for 46.3grns of 2206h in a lapua palma case, behind a 155.5grn berger in a 30" barrel. Speeds would also be of interest. Disclaimer - this is not a load I'm runnin...

Re: Wanted - New F Class Stock

I've decided to treat myself to a new Stock for my F Standard Barnard Rifle. Basically I think I'm bored with the old one. I have a hankering to play with one of the fancy modular stocks which seem to adjust every which way, but I'm also partial to a nice wooden one as well. Can anyone come up with...

I just saw on the t/r page and left you a message there. If you can let me know how much and how I can pay for it, that would be cool.

I'm chasing a 1/4minute windage wheel if you've got any left. Can you let me know how much and how I can pay for it if you still have them.

T Mac windage wheel

I'm chasing a 1/4 minute wheel for my tmac rear sight if anyone has one or knows of where I might be able to find one. Newly acquired sight has 1/2 minute windage and I would like to make it the same as one my other sight and I'm willing to swap or purchase.

Re: Today's Announcements

Fuck me, 12 June still stands for Queensland ranges. The only reason I can see for it is the the idiots supposedly running the state (the gumbyment, not QRA) class shooting as a formal sport because we are licenced participants. Fuckers.
Rant over.

Re: Today's Announcements

It may be sooner rather than later for Queensland. Keep an eye on the QRA website. New info as of last night refering to midnight tonight.
Oh, and gun shops and smiths can operate as of midnight tonight as well.

Re: Today's Announcements

Qld should be open from 12 June apparently, subject to hygiene restrictions of course, I think it will be up to individual clubs to have some sort of management plan in place though. Rich4, did you mean 12th May? Hopefully June was a mistake. QRA President has said on a club's facebook page info wi...
