How about the 6.5/300 weatherby (150gr SMK) for the mids, and the 30/378 weatherby for the longs ??
(The 30/378 weatherby is the one on the right :) )

What about the regular 180gr sierra matchkings , are many people using them in saums and 284s ?

If bergers are no longer available, we will just have to use alternatives.

Re: WTB Berger 180gn Hybrid projectiles

im load testing in a saum, no turn neck, about 55gr 2209 i dont know the velocity but from what others are getting its similar to yours. no pressure signs at all. looks promising i just have to play with the tune a bit :) i'm trying a couple of loads in the morning

Re: WTB 140gn 6.5mm Hybrids

Still the king of the 6.5s (the 6.5x55), although i think i'd go the ackley, 7.5 twist and maybe 150gr sierras (or bergers if they are coming.) But I think i have enough going on for the time being :)

Re: Carbon cleaning methods curious after borescoping club barrels

If you wanted to get ALL the carbon out you could buy a 1m long ultrasonic tank with a heater, unscrew the barrel and place it in some aqueous solution for a few minutes, rinse with boiling water and repeat as needed.
