I was wondering how is the best way to go about setting a Tuner up on a rifle? How do you arrive at a starting point etc?

I have heard about a tube that can be buried into the ground to fire form cases or even run in a barrel.

I assume it is a steel pipe filled...

Looks like the NRAA are thinking of adding new projectiles. Already approved is the .224 80gn VLD JLK projectile. Go to the NRAA site for more info.
