Good to hear you blokes having fun thinking and not trying to buy the X
My latest fun gun is in the the hands of Spencer Dunstall
He is close if not 80
He purchased the Winchester M17 in 1956 in 303 25
it now has a good barrel of mine in 6mm Dasher
He is a Legend but as he says
I'm a
shadow of what I was
His last report to me was a Ruff day because of health
But he said I finished the day with XXXXXX at 600 Chop
Now that's Fun

Re: Wichester M17
Also in a stock I knocked up out of Osage Orange
Been under a house for 30 years
Hard as a cats head and I hear on of the hardest of hardwoods
they say it has a huge btu and not to burn it in the home fire as it is very high in oil content and will burn out the fire place .
enclosed that is ,
so I threw a few bits of off cuts in mine like a twit and it burnt a Blue flame
so if you see Spencer shooting
make sure you dont smoke close to him Chop
Have fun
