Range rentals

The Geelong Rifle Club has begun negotiations with our landlord regarding a rent review. As part of this process we are trying to get some idea as to what is the going rate for renting a Rifle Range on rural land, no grazing rights.
We would appreciate any help that Clubs are willing to give us as to their position. Obviously some information may be sensitive so if clubs can PM me any information would be treated as confidential.
