Had our first practice day at Bendigo, thanks to our Captain, our coach and all team participants, a very enjoyable day.

Thanks also to our excellent markers, Ron and Ross.

Team WA has overcome the problem of tasmanian cold and mankinis. We are going to sunbathe intensely on our pre shoot trip to the Bahamas so our darker skin absorbs more of the tasmanian sun to keep warm. Then we have special silver foil capes to keep the heat in.

Some say pimp the rifle, but those in the know are clever enough to understand the importance of proper shooting attire.

Hi Bruce and Brad,

Seeing that it was our first practice session, the mankinis didnt come out, I think they want,to select the team on shooting skills rather than appearance and besides, we are keeping uniform out of sight, dont what anything leaked before the big match

The cheer squad did put in an appearance but they were distracting the f open shooters too much and had to retire to clubrooms to practice.
