Re: HBC 155.5
Have they been approved for use in t/r or f stanard yet? If they have, they'll certainly be worth a look.

Re: HBC 155.5
They are being sold by the various States so one could assume they are approved. Sierra did not have to have theirs approved so I guess the same applies to HBC.
I know they are being sold and used at the Vic Queens so go for it.

Re: HBC 155.5
So after putting a thousand or so down range I find them much better than the old ones, I don’t batch these in weight groups like the older ones and find they like a jump rather than being jammed into lands. Will be using these all the time now.

I think he means Dyers. ( Bob & Jan owned the business before they sold)

Re: HBC 155.5
Yep sure do. The HBC pointed version are made with very little weight variance, not enough for me to check and batch, Dyers had up to 3-5 grains variant in every box.

Re: HBC 155.5
My current batch is pretty poor quality control wise, scratches, gouges and a few even have what looks the be dried grease on them. That said they are still shooting well enough.
I am disappoint in the overall quality though and have decided to give the Bergers a go for a comparison.

QC from when Bob and Jan were the owners to now has been steadily in decline.
Do I have/can I prove it? No. But there is too much anecdotal evidence to suggest otherwise.

I think this is a big call. If anything Dave is even more pedantic than Bob.
