I want to replace the front bag for my Caldwell Rock BR with a flatter 3 inch wide bag
Has anyone done it? and if so what and where can I get one from?

Not sure if the rock br uses the same bags as the Caldwell fire control?
I used a seb front bag to replace my fire controls front bag some time ago .
The rest is too narrow to keep the side tensioners but was a major improvement over the stock Caldwell bag .
Fitting required a couple of holes punched though the bags bases “flaps” and it was good to go
Keeping the tensioners may require a custom wider base plate to be made which would not be too much trouble if you had a drill and a tap set .
I hope that helps a little

Re: Caldwell BR Front Rest Bag
Protektor make bags to fit straight onto the caldwell rests, had one before I upgraded to joystick, works perfectly. See BRT , listed as "Protektor caldwell front bag" pretty hard to miss

Speak to Stuart at BRT and look at getting a Farley billet box top for it and a good quality Farley type bag. It was the best thing I ever did to a fire control rest, I’m sure it would be possible to engineer the rock BR to take it as well.
